"The hotel was was really nice and we loved the location. However I am vegetarian and there was nothing on the menu for me to eat. Fortunately there are many testing nearby. Also we went to have a look at the pool and we're told that the pool was not included in our stay...Well it was advertised on hotels.com as having a pool. Something dodgy going on there I believe. I think the woman who told us this was lying and this affected our experience and the rating that I'm prepared to give the hotel..Don't say you have a pool then say oh no you can't use it!"

The cleaning staff were awfully nice l Luckily this hotel does not resemble the higher-end establishments in Tashkent, which look pretty much look like any higher end hotel anywhere,"
