"Was told I would receive a complementary breakfast box by a staff member in the evening and by the morning they would not honour this offer. They made it seem like I was lying to them and made it up. I ended up paying $27 for the breakfast box which included one banana, yogurt, a muffin and a can of juice. Definitely not worth $27 of food.I was also told this could be ready prior to 7 AM as we had to depart early in the morning of checkout, they said they could not get it ready for us on time. Pool could have been cleaner. "

"We had a very lovely stay. The kitchen/living area was very nice as well as the rooms and the bathroom. The location is also very convenient! Our only issues was trying to check in because Expedia did not send us the right code. But we messaged the phone number provided and the person helping us was very patient and polite! There was also a bit of garbage left from I’m assuming the guests before us hidden around (a broken balloon and some confetti) so we questioned the quality of cleaning being done. Over all a pretty good stay!"
