"Very nice, clean hotel. Rooms were clean and pretty good size. Pool area nice and refreshing! Very responsive to requests. Close to a lot of restaurants."

"This was a perfect landing spot for us for our visit to the area. The only challenge was parking, though we were able to find close, free parking. You may have to work to find it if you arrive during a busy time. Located slightly off Main St., there are lots of options for food and shopping. Most of the restaurants and shops are closed on Sundays, though. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us. I am a tall person, so the bed was not as comfortable (Queen-sized) as I needed, but...

"The room was extremely dated and had a strange, lingering smell. The air conditioner was so loud that it made it impossible to sleep at all. Most importantly, this hotel has a serious bed bug infestation. My hands and body are covered in bites. The hygiene standards are unacceptably poor. Please, save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else."

"The rooms are not as pictured. There is a bare wall with appliances from the 80s. There is cracked floors, and walls. The management is very aggressive and threatening. No breakfast. It's not a safe area in town. "

"All parking was closed off or being used by trucks loading and unloading things in their homes so there was little so no parking. In addition there was random people coming in off of the streets that truly had no reservation there, and it was very evident from the lack of any belongings areas were very dirty from the front door all the way into the unit, and it looked like the property itself was just falling apart "

"While check in went well, the room was a disappointment. Too bad we couldn’t take a virtual tour of the room like they do now of houses. The light switch to the bathroom was located on the outside wall and the sink was outside the bathroom as well. The exhaust fan sounded like a jet engine , so if either of us neede the bathroom during the night, it meant the other person was awakened as well. The only tolerable aspect was the breakfast. "The hotel needs a serious make over. We stayed there 15 years ago and I think nothing has been upgraded. There were numerous Little League families staying and it was super noisy, even late at night, with kids running the halls. I finally had to get dressed and address the situation. Feels like we should get a refund as we were forced to end our 7 night reservation after 2 nights and go elsewhere. It really disrupted over vacation. "

"We were pleased overall with the property and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Two concerns that we had were the inconvenience of the broken elevator especially with the number of kids and families in the lobby and lounge areas. "A friend and I did an overnight girls' road trip from CA to AZ for spring training and this hotel was just the right fit for us! For one, the staff was incredibly welcoming and flexible. Halfway through our road trip, I got a text from the staff that basically asked if we needed any special accommodations prior to check-in. "Best hotel to stay if seeing Cubs spring training. You can just walk to and from the stadium and to see the training. Hotel is super clean and spacious and rooms are sound proof. "

"The check-in and check-out process was very easy. I requested early check- in and they texted me when the room was available. The room was spacious with a kitchenette and tv room area separate from the bedroom. The bed could have been more comfortable and they definitely need to update their pillows.
