"The room was extremely dated and had a strange, lingering smell. The air conditioner was so loud that it made it impossible to sleep at all. Most importantly, this hotel has a serious bed bug infestation. My hands and body are covered in bites. The hygiene standards are unacceptably poor. Please, save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else."

"All parking was closed off or being used by trucks loading and unloading things in their homes so there was little so no parking. In addition there was random people coming in off of the streets that truly had no reservation there, and it was very evident from the lack of any belongings areas were very dirty from the front door all the way into the unit, and it looked like the property itself was just falling apart "

"While check in went well, the room was a disappointment. Too bad we couldn’t take a virtual tour of the room like they do now of houses. The light switch to the bathroom was located on the outside wall and the sink was outside the bathroom as well. The exhaust fan sounded like a jet engine , so if either of us neede the bathroom during the night, it meant the other person was awakened as well. The only tolerable aspect was the breakfast. However, after a very restless night we weren’t exactly able to enjoy everything thst was offered."

"Very nice, clean hotel. Rooms were clean and pretty good size. Pool area nice and refreshing! Very responsive to requests. Close to a lot of restaurants."

"We were extremely happy with our room, which was clean and comfortable. All staff was kind, helpful, and courteous! Shout out to Raul, who was Amazing! The grounds/pool were cleaned every morning, but with baseball tournaments in the area it was a difficult task to keep up! No complaints! "

"The hotel needs a serious make over. We stayed there 15 years ago and I think nothing has been upgraded. There were numerous Little League families staying and it was super noisy, even late at night, with kids running the halls. I finally had to get dressed and address the situation. Feels like we should get a refund as we were forced to end our 7 night reservation after 2 nights and go elsewhere. It really disrupted over vacation. "
