"The property owners were so nice and helpful. They helped us get a cab to go to dinner because there is nothing close to the property. The property was sufficient for a one night pre-cruise stay. We booked three rooms, one of which was spacious and had a great water view. The other two were smaller and simple. "The hotel is dirty and full of insects and bugs in the room. The hotel staffs are not cooperative nor helpful. I complained about the ants and bugs situation since day 1 and asked for partial refund of remaining nights because I did not want to stay there anymore and the staffs are really good at avoiding refund. They make up so many excuses to stop me to see a manager. 2 more nights until check out, I desperately asked for refund again and they said the refund manager is on vacation for 3...
