"I was very impressed with my stay. We one night had dinner and lunch the next day at different food options. Both places were really good. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. I would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed in a king suite with club room. The room was very spacious and clean and extremely comfortable. There is a lot of space in the wardrobe. The housekeeping staff even left us a small clothes line when they noticed we had tried to hand wash some clothing. All the staff were so accomodating and friendly. The breakfast in the club lounge and in the main restaurant was delicious. I really liked how in the club lounge there was an à la carte menu. The location is perfect with a nice Peking duck restaurant called da dong 200m away, many shops and food courts and cool bars. We will definitely come back! Our experience was 10/10."

"Here's a refined version of your hotel review with improved flow and grammar: Check-in was straightforward and hassle-free. We booked a triple room, which provided plenty of space and was comfortable for our needs throughout our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and always on hand to answer questions, offer local recommendations, and share useful tips that made our visit even more enjoyable. The location was excellent. The nearest subway station was only a 3 to 4 minute walk away, and there were plenty of convenience stores and shops within 5 minutes on foot. There are also numerous restaurants nearby serving delicious food at very reasonable prices, but be sure to try the hotel's own restaurant as well. The food was excellent and well worth a visit. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing."

"This was such a great place to stay. It was very conveniently located and well-priced. Lots of amenities onsite, including free laundry service which was awesome for our longer stay. The absolute highlight of this hotel though and why we would so highly recommend it was the staff. They were unbelievably helpful, answering all of our many questions, giving us tips and directions as well as support whenever we ran into any issues. They were also just so so kind and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"It was our first time visiting Beijing and the hotel is very centrally located to shops, restaurants, and famous sites to visit, and very walkable area. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff, and the lobby was very grand and provided a luxurious atmosphere. My sister, her husband, and I stayed in two different rooms in the older building of the Neo property so that room furniture and bathrooms were a bit dated, but the rooms were large with a living room and bedroom, air conditioned, and cleaned thoroughly. The amenities such as slippers, robes, shampoo/body wash products were high quality. When we checked-in, the reception staff had limited English speaking skills, but there were two staff members who had stronger English conversation skills that were excellent and provided exceptional service. There was a blonde European woman, Ksenia, in the reception desk who directed us towards the correct elevators to our rooms, spent extra time to provide walking instructions to restaurants and sites in the area. We are so thankful to her and she really showed a high level of service. Also, Coolio in Concierge was super helpful and professional, he registered us for Tiananmen square, ordered cars, and provided advice whenever we needed. The hotel was very well maintained, centrally located, and most staff provided great service. I would stay in this hotel property again when visiting Beijing."
