Our stay was great. Only issue was the government meetings happening nearby required us to not go out at all for one of the days during our stay. As that wasn’t going to work for us, we changed hotels and they gave us a full refund for unused nights despite it being past refundable date. It would have been nice to know sooner if possible, but given they refunded our unused portion in full, we are still happy with their service. The hotel itself was nice, really convenient location, and the in room washer/dryer and kitchen was really nice to have.

We had good experience while staying in the hotel, from front desk lady Cassie Chen who changed room when we have concerns and helped to get extra blanket , to clean lady in our room, and service staff in breakfast room. Great location

The location is perfect for shopping and dining. 1/2 a block away and there is a mall with food and shopping. 1 block away from Wangfujing pedestrian street. The apartment style living is comfortable and great for our family. My only complaint is that the bathrooms and sleeping area does not have a wall disturbing the other person on the room.

De rooms are large and very comfortable. The bed was great. The only lesser point was the air conditioner is not very strong and the room was too warm at certain times. Elena from reception was excellent and made our stay so much better. Very helpful and perfect English. Almost everything was perfect. Remarkable clean apartment! Good location, working kitchen, washing machine etc... Good swimming pool. Breakfast was good for both Chinese and Western food. Quality of western pastries need to be improved. The only problem was with Wifi/networking. Wifi signal was weak in the room. Cell phone signal was almost zero in my room. Sometime it is not possible to get confirmation SMS. In the hotel lobby the wifi and cell phone signals are ok

If this is in your budget, I highly recommend staying here. It’s an apartment suite two or three times the size of a regular hotel. I initially book a hotel nearby but for $70 less, the service and quality was night and day. I never cancel bookings on the day of but I had to swap to this one because I couldn’t believe the deal. Walking distance from the forbidden city and tiananmen. And it is central to all the local shopping districts. It is in the wangfujing shopping district so it’s super accessible
