The exceptional courtesy and service received from Victoria and Ting. The friendliness of the rest of the staff particularly Tamara and Azziz and Aaron. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Amazing and you get to it by going through the Natural History Museum as the two museums are interjoined which is not obvious from the signs around Oxford.
