"We absolutely loved Zelda Dearest. This place has quickly become our go-to when we’re in Asheville — the 1920s vibe, the atmosphere, the staff — all of it just works. Breakfast was fantastic and the perfect way to start the morning before heading out to explore downtown. The location is great too, easy walking distance to everything. If you haven’t stayed here yet, you’re missing out. We’ll definitely be back."

"This Hotel was Great! Clean rooms, they were a little small, but thats ok for those who wont be in them much. Very friendly staff. The rooftop bar was perfect for a late night drink. It is in walking distance to many great shops, breweries, bars and amazing restaurants. I would highly recommend and would stay here again! "

"Rooms are very clean well appointed and nicely decorated. The pool deck is awesome and a great place to hang out after a long afternoon walking around town. Bar area was our favorite, great for afternoon drinks, with an excellent beer selection. The staff is very professional and friendly, they took time to recommend good spots for dinner, which really helped on our first time visiting."

"Brit was amazing when welcoming us to the Oakland Cottage. Everything was perfect in terms of cleanliness. The cottage as well as the room was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious as well as the cookies we received upon arrival. I definitely would stay here again. "

"Very clean room. Suite was spacious for our family of 6. Had everything we needed for the night. Pool was fun. Breakfast was ok. Check in went smoothly. Ample parking and great location. Plenty to do in the area and many dinner options. "

"The hotel is centrally located and walkable to many restaurants and local shops. The staff was very nice and courteous and the lobby and rooms were clean. During my 3 night stay the roof in the bathroom starting leaking the last day. You could tell that the water had been building up, since parts of the ceiling had water bubbles. I called immediately at 6;30 am and the person at the desk came up and brought me a bucket, later he brought a second bucket to cover another ceiling leak. About 3...

"Make sure you understand they will charge u $15 per day to park in their lot. Not a parking garage not high volume just an extra charge that i was not told about at check in. They took $50 incidental charge then took $15 out of that. Not sure if the forgot or it wa son the sly but please add $15 to each day you stay here. "
