"Only one Hilton member gold parking spot, the room smelled like dirty feet, but the cleaning crew in the staff made up for it. They were exceptional, always kind of friendly accommodated crazy requests and free breakfast, the workout room in the pool were very nice also equipment room!!"

"The hotel and room were fine but for $250 a night I expected it to be downtown. I came to see Leanne Morgan at Harrah’s and stayed here because it was walking distance to Harrah’s. It is walking distance and it was fine for me, but not for older people or anyone who minds walking uphill and across busy streets. It is Asheville though so hills should be expected.
