"The hotel is a perfect little gem for those looking for an authentic Leiden experience. The owner is wonderful, and take great care of the property. Rooms are spacious, with antique and modern charm combined. We normally stay at 5-star hotels with lots of amenities and services - this is not that! More of a 5-star B&B, which was perfect for what we wanted in Leiden. Be warned that the upper floor rooms require climbing very steep and narrow stairs, which would not be good for people with...

Maybe 5-10 min walk to the train station for easy day trips, like to Delft or Den Haag. Several good cafes & restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the stay and visit to Leiden."
