Excelente localização e sistema de segurança moderno com identificação facial, o que agiliza a sua entrada no prédio e não te deixa esperando do lado de fora, principalmente durante a noite. "A entrada no prédio é confusa. Ficamos dependentes de porteiro virtual o que demorava muito para quem esta aguardando na rua e sem cobertura. A unidade é boa mas requer manutenção: ducha vasando, armarios quebrados, nao tem cafeteira e etc. Apesar das reclamacoes, nem todos os pontos foram atendidos a tempo. "
