"Beautiful hotel. Front desk staff wonderful and very accommodating re parking our Tahoe.
Location is wonderful for downtown parks shows and restaurants.
Only complaints are related to fridge which froze all our food and drinks and the coffee machine that didn’t work."

"I like the size of the room and the extra table and chairs in the couch. The view of the water on both sides of the room was nice and we were able to hear the waves when which was very appeasing . There really wasn't enough coffee and then we had to call in for creamers. The balcony was dirty and the intake fan was disgusting which led me to shut off the fan in the room itself. The restaurant area is more or less a diner stylish. All staff were amazing. Parking was $30 a night which I found...

"I had booked and prepaid for two nights at this hotel through Expedia specifically to attend my 20-year graduation reunion at Queen’s University.
When I arrived at the hotel, instead of being checked into the room I had reserved, I was handed an envelope and told to take it across the street to the Residence Inn, where I was apparently expected to stay instead. This was done without any advance notice or communication whatsoever.
I was told that there had been burst pipes in the building and...

"It's a nice property, close to many amenities. I would have liked all of the lights to work and the window to close fully but overall, it was a nice room. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious. I would definitely stay there again. Check in at 4 pm seems a little late but we were able to take our things with us to our destination and check in after the function."
