"I was in town for a business trip and unfortunately only had a quick stay at SIXTY. I wish I could have stayed longer! The staff at the front desk were so welcoming, and accommodating especially Johnny. The room was so clean and loved the decor, upgraded lighting. The bed was extremely comfortable all around amazing stay. Only downfall were the two clubs that I could hear the music until midnight but besides that a 10/10!!! "

"The staff was phenomenal; especially Estella at the front desk and Michael the concierge. Everyone smiled and acknowledged you when you walked by and were very helpful. A nice little touch was macaroons in our room on check-in. There’s a lovely café for coffee, pastries and sandwiches in addition to two restaurants on site. The rooms were nice and a good size however they could use a little updating with the carpet and the bathroom grout in the shower. Wonderful location, easy to take public...

"Lovely property. It’s not just a boxy room but former small residences from 1926 so our had a mini kitchenette and nice bath and makeup area. They have a bar/restaurant and separate cafe. The food was good quality and the prices were ok. The bar/restaurant is a great smaller 1920s style space that’s great for relaxing. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It’s ala very convenient to George Washington university, a food hall, Whole Foods and a number of restaurants. Parking on the weekend...

"The rooms are absolutely lovely, with great beds and all the amenities you’d expect of a high end hotel room. However, it’s wasn’t perfect: we arrived off a late flight at the end of an extended trip with a lot of luggage, and were offered no help with heavy bags - struggling to drag suitcases over plush carpets at the end of a line by day was less than ideal. Strangely, our experience leaving the hotel was the same - as we struggled through the doors with luggage and had to call our own taxi,...

"This historic property is beautifully maintained and centrally located near the mall and museums, Old Ebbit Grill and Joes Crab, among other eateries. Also, the Round Robin grill, named by Walt Whitman, offers good food and great drinks. It is only one of two bars in the US to ask me if I wanted my martini stirred or shaken. The suites are spacious and amentities fine."
