"Did not know we were sleeping in a MOLDY comforter for 3 nights!! The manager tried telling me this comforter had feathers clumped up when I said I’m not buying that excuse he tried telling me it was ionization and oxidation! That’s just one thing… my husbands asked me to order room service so when I called down the woman told me flat out no maam the guy who runs room service cut his finger real bad and had to leave you can order and come pick it up. So this place has 1 guy that can do room service runs …. ODD! Our room was barely serviced cleaned! I wiped down our phone, remote, bathroom and necessities I wish I took a picture of that! I do have a picture and video of this MOLDY comforter! Corporate told me that the material inside the comforter does clump up. Basically told me, after doing laundry just about my 47 years of life, that I don’t know a moldy blanket when I see one! I will NEVER stay at a Wesin and will forever be weary of Marriott because of this!"

"Hotel needs to be refurbished completely. Photos in website are very good in comparison with what you find when you arrive. The windows are so old, they have holes in the frame, making the room noisy. There isn't photos of the bathrooms and there's a reason for it: Small and extremely old. The lobby is a dark cavern, like someone already described, no even the name of the hotel appears anywhere . You pay for the location which is good. It's clean and the water fountain providing bottles to refill is a great idea. But, nothing else I am afraid"

"A beautiful hotel. I felt like royalty from the moment I arrived. Upbeat space, very woman empowered vibe. Bar was fun and always ppl there. Clean, comfy bed and pillows. Love the shower, so unique. Def worth it, I will be back "
