"The hotel staff was wonderful, breakfast was complimentary every morning. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the upstairs was very beautiful and the view was awesome. When the rain was pouring hard the light does go off but this hotel have a back of generator so you don’t have to worry about that being off for a long time. I enjoy everything about this hotel, and will be my go to hotel every time I visit"

"I really wanted to love La Villa, I think it was likely a great spot at a different time but unfortunately the property is pretty rundown and in need of some love. "Good value for money Hotel in central Accra, close to all ministries and business districts. The room was actually good size and bed comfortable. Lots of meeting rooms for seminars. Amenities (Pool and Gym) are decent. Staff was friendly, and the manager was willing to improve things when highlighted (more linen in the bathroom for example)."

"I cannot say anything negative but only positive. The room was immaculate, very clean and comfortable with everything you would require for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very tasty and me being a vegan, there were options for me. The staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. The pictures do not do justice. I highly recommend this establishment and would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Overpriced and not 5-star standards. The lobby and grounds are impressive, staff are accomodating, wifi is good. But my first room had maintenance issues so I had to change rooms. Sadly, there was a cockroach inside a food tray during the breakfast buffet. Air conditioning isn't reliable. Hotel is overpriced for the quality, unfortunately, I would not stay again."

"there were a few issues with things not working in the room, like the phone, toaster, microwave. Then the toilet wasn't flushing. i had to be moved to another room. that was inconvenient and took time from my exploration time. my room key stopped working several times and i kept having to get it reactivated. that was very annoying. otherwise it's a nice place to stay and the staff were nice. i really appreciated having a nice apartment to myself."

"This was my 4th stay at Urbano and my least enjoyable. I was extremely upset that the gym had no power and therefore only the treadmill half worked on 2 of my 8 days. The two other powered machines did not work. To top it off my wife’s cousin overhead two housekeepers saying disparaging things about my wife. I wasn’t told this until I got back to America. "favorite place to stay in osu. property management are "can do" people. lobby in the building has a weird stench but once you get past that everythings great."

"I booked a deluxe double room and prepaid. When I checked in there was an extremely foul stench coming from the bathroom and into the room. I was told it had something to do with the rain and the drains. It was unbearable, and they gave me a spray but that did nothing as I was spraying every few minutes to the point that the spray ran out.
