"I travelled to Ghana for my birthday and everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. From my room to the staff singing happy birthday at breakfast, and then the bedroom set up with the bed display, cake, champagne, I couldn't have asked for a more special way to start my new year. All of the staff were so lovely, particularly Charity and it will definitely be a hotel I will stay at again and recommend!"

"Frankie's is right on the high street in Osu, walkable to all of the bars, restaurants and shops on Oxford Street and the surrounding streets. The restaurant is good, breakfast has a huge variety of options, and the meals are really generous so you won't go hungry. There is a little bar and terrace outside, a bakery and ice cream parlour, and a shawarma place out front which is really delicious and always busy - great for a not-so-huge meal that is fresh and tasty. I've been going to Frankie's...

"The staff, especially Daisy, were professional, friendly and especially accommodating. Daisy was attentive and took excellent care of us. The young men were attentive and helped us with our luggage. When it was less crowded, I had efficient service in the restaurant. One suggestion, instruct the guests on how to turn on the hot water for showers. Also, before booking, advise the guest that there are no elevators

"I was a little concerned since the hotel was so reasonably priced. But the service there was great. Everyone went out of their way to be as accommodating as possible. The accommodations are basic but clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was fine. Always ate dinner out so I can't comment on that. For those who have travelled in West Africa, the electricity was 24/7, as was wifi. showers were always hot. I realize that may not seem like much, but in West Africa you can't take those things...

"I was traveling to the U.S. and had to overnight in Accra. Novotel was clean, staff friendly, and the food tasty (although the room service a bit slow)."

"🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Must-Experience Gem in Accra – Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City
From the moment I stepped into the Kempinski, I knew I was in for something special. The hotel is simply stunning, elegant décor, immaculate attention to detail, and a serene atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The complimentary drinks were generously stocked, and the welcome treats such as fresh fruits, a box of chocolates, and both still and sparkling water, were a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire stay. Dining at the Papillon restaurant was a delight. Whether you’re vegan, gluten-free, or just a lover of bold, flavorful cuisine, the menu caters to every dietary need without compromising on taste. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavour.
The spa? Absolutely divine. I indulged in two treatments and left feeling completely rejuvenated. The therapists were professional, attentive, and created a truly luxurious experience.
Having stayed at other hotels in Accra, I can confidently say that none compare to the Kempinski. It’s not just a hotel ,it’s an experience. Transparent pricing, no hidden charges, and exceptional service throughout. I’ve already recommended it to family and friends travelling to Ghana in 2026, and I’ll be returning without hesitation. In my view, a trip to Accra isn’t complete without a stay at the Kempinski. "
"We stayed for two weeks at the Luxury Apartments. Our initial one‑bedroom ground‑floor unit had a few issues, including a noise nuisance. We raised this with Medrick, who promptly moved us to a duplex with a pool view—a huge improvement. The complex is modern and well kept, and Medrick’s service was excellent. Notes for future guests: if breakfast shows as included, it doesn’t automatically cover the on‑site restaurant; there’s a 150 GHS per‑person allowance and anything above that is payable. Towels are limited to one per person with no extra hand or pool towels. Minor quibbles overall—we’d happily return."
