"It was really nice, the room was a traditional one, and they had hotsprings both very very clean. An amazing experience. The staff also helped us book a taxi and were really nice."
"Provide different experience in staying and enjoying surrouding enviroment, not only traditional hotspring hotel but this type of small house or cabin also very comfortable and unique."
"House was dirty to include a bag in the sink with fruit flies under as soon as I moved it. Some black things in the bathtub. Mini oven was just dirty. Multiple other things but could have been better. I would highly recommend to get another fan because it was really hot. Last thing is finding it. It was dark out so I know it made it way harder but the map on the app and address and direction pamphlet all said different things. Took me an hour to find the place. I almost booked another hotel. "Loved our charming and spacious Japanese style room with an amazing view of Fuji from the 5th floor!!! We felt relaxed as soon as we walked in! Comfortable beds, nice bathtub in our private bathroom. The onsen facility is very clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The city and coach bus stops are very close by. The boardwalk along lake is beautiful to walk at night. Great restaurants and attractions in walking distance. We had 2 magnificent clear days and nights of viewing Fuji in August. Lake Yamanakako is the place to stay if you really want to relax and enjoy the scenery. "
"Beautiful place, great food and classy top notch. The best of all the staff at the front desk Yaminsha a caring gentleman that helped us with translating for transport from to train. I am very appreciative of his help. Good people are hard to find and there are plenty in this hotel. More than grateful.
