"This is such a convenient hotel to stay at since it is right next to Tokyo Station. You are able to take a train straight to Narita Airport. The hotel is a bit pricy but because it’s a fancy hotel with great staff who go out of their way. The rooms themselves are also great and the view on either side is also wonderful. "Sakura cross hotel had exceeded our expectations even before we had gotten into our rooms. The staff was very friendly had helpful, and they were kind enough to put our luggage into our room for us. Going into the room, we were all surprised at how big it was as well as how unique the architecture was. "Great place to stay, except it can be confusing finding the hotel. We found it easier to just locate the building the hotel was in and that made finding it easier. "
