"Comfortable sheets"

"The sofa bed is very uncomfortable; you can feel the springs even with your hand. It's terrible; I couldn't sleep there. It's impossible for anyone to sleep on that sofa bed,and no toilet paper and the bathroom."

Our main "negatives" were that the rooms are tiny (but efficiently laid out) and no coffee or ice (supposedly, renovations on 1st floor has their ice machine down - ok, newly painted vending areas on other floors also had no vending or ice)."

"The Castle is the most gorgeous hotel in Kentucky. There are giant chandeliers, Castle towers with beautiful strings of lights, lovely gardens. We had a wonderful time. The service was perfect."
