Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. If this is the case, why is Expedia allowing a non-responsive property to be advertised on their platform and why is Expedia not doing right by its customer? "My first time staying and I was blown away! The hotel interior is beautiful as are the rooms but the amenities are amazing! Coffee shop ,restaurant and bar. Beautiful green space and bikes and scooters to accommodate getting around. The area is very interesting and walkable. Can’t wait to come back!"

"I really like the hotel the staff was great and very polite. The location its prefect lots of restaurants and stores, and within walking distance to the Stadium where I attended the AC/DC concert which was the main reason why I came to Columbus. Nice hotel. Best Band in the world AC/DC, its like an earthquake."

"The front desk staff was not really courteous after we arrived on July 8th night around 10:30 PM. However the staff that worked from morning until 11PM on July 9th was good. The housekeeping was terrible.Hope this will be looked into by you. They did not clean the room on July 9th at all. There was no do not disturb note. "The property was very clean, however not in the best repair. I gently tried to extend the window blind and it popped out of its bracket and when pulling the chain for the closet light it crumbled off. After looking closely at the ball chain, it was rusty and fragile. The furniture was older and not sturdy. Which makes me to think it’s intended to easily break based on the ‘shake down’ I received after booking the room. I had to either buy $59 insurance for damage to the facilities or agree to...

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and my breakfast at the Guildhouse was delicious. The renovated gym was also a very nice addition, my only criticism is parking, finding a long-term spot nearby wasn’t easy or cheap"
