"Excellent stay! We enjoyed 7 nights at this hotel. The superieur room was big & well equiped with an amazing balcony & view on Cusco. Staff very friendly & always ready to help, they can even pack you a lunch box if you request one for an early tour you got. Breakfast on site is not extensive but got the essential & fresh! It is located 4 min walk from the main square : Plaza De Armes and everything is close by, just gotta get your steps & adapt to high altitude. Highly recommend !!"

"Beautiful views and well situated on top of a hill. It was very cold. Radiators are only on 6pm to 6am. Heating was inconsistent on second floor - stayed in apartment and suite and requested heat turned on numerous times. The Pres Suite (Expedia promoted as 1 left and there is only 1) is right above a music conservatory who practices from midday until evening, except weekends. Staff is very accommodating and they make a great latte. The streamed jazz in the main hall was a plus. Ample...
