The reception area is lovely and staff very helpful. 7/11 & Family Mart down the road and couple of restaurants nearby. Only thing to note is it’s hard to get a taxi from Kawaguchiko station to the hotel, there is a bus but it gets crowded so just need to plan ahead a bit."
