Awesome place. The view of Fuji-san from the rooms is amazing! Make sure you book the mountain view.

The room was big even for 3 guests. We love the tatami section in the room. Staff were polite and helpful with the check-in as well as answering some questions about transportation from the hotel to the train station. Some areas of improvement. Great place to visit especially Lake Kawaguchiko.
Fantastic
This lake is very nice. This hotel is very nice, too.
Best attraction is Mount Fuji view, but if it’s cloud/raining you will not see it.
It was a nice location, shame about the heavy cloud cover and rain so we couldn't see Mt Fuji clearly. There were a few things to do in the area that didn't involve the mountain but not many. The hotel was nice and the Japanese onsen was worth it.
