"This hotel was GREAT! Location was perfect - I felt so safe walking around this area, a lot of great coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Staff was very helpful. We got to the hotel before our check in time and we were able to check in early. Would totally stay here again! "

"Wir haben vier Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut hat uns das abwechslungsreiche und frische Frühstücksbüffet gefallen. Unser Zimmer war ruhig, allerdings für drei Personen nicht sehr groß, es hat etwas mehr Ablage und Schränke gebraucht. Die Nähe zu mehreren U-Bahn Stationen hat uns geholfen, die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen."

"Everything about the property and staff was great. We loved the location and the bar in the lobby had a great vibe. We did have one issue with the toilet in our room. It just did not flush consistently. There would be times that it would work on the first push then other times it just wouldn’t do anything. We asked them to look at it and it was supposedly fixed but never worked well the entire week we were there. "

"Flies in our first room and the whole basement floor was also infested with flies so they knew the experience was subpar. They did move us to a different room after request but half our stay was already spent"

"Pros: the on-site staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and as described, and check-in/out was simple, great location. Cons: in the bathroom, the soap and shampoo dispensers had been watered down so were poor quality. The electronic lock for our room was malfunctioning and required us to twist a handle with sharp metal edges so hard, one time I had to do this, it cut my hand."

"Honestly, machine was not working efficiently. It was not washing well and the dryer was barely working. It look a 4-5 cycles to get the clothes almost dry but still not fully dry."
