"Great hotel for our 3-day stay in Tokyo. As Canadians, it was helpful to have a front desk staff who spoke English and we’re quite helpful to arrange taxis, transport our bags to the next city, and give us tips for were to eat when we arrived late the first night. Room was bright, clean and well setup. In-room laundry was really nice, and the girls liked the pool too. Oh - and the beds and pillows are excellent. You’ll enjoy this place for a family stay."

"We booked a double room with a king bed, and it checked all the boxes for a great stay. The room was spacious enough to comfortably store our luggage without feeling cramped. The bathroom was well-maintained and very clean. After long days exploring in Japan’s summer heat, coming back to a cool, comfortable room was especially refreshing. The staff were also very helpful throughout check-in and check-out, and they assisted with luggage forwarding services while communicating clearly in English."

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient, just a short walk from Shibuya Station, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the room was a huge bonus and made our trip much more convenient. We were also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone...
