"The staff are fabulous, very attentive and customer focused. We had an outdoor private bath which was wonderful and highly recommended. Our one complaint is the beds (futon) they were very thin and hard. We did not sleep well. "

"Great location for first time Osaka visitors. Lots of shopping downstairs and dining if you are too tired to venture out/ want to stay near hotel. Room is clean and bathroom is nice."
"Great value for money. Excellent location walking distance to train station, coach to airport, shopping, department store, restaurants, high foot traffic hotel yet kept so clean in all areas, different room types on offer (small to more spacious), comfortable bed, breakfast included (ok food but a good variety on offer. At least free breakfast). Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. One negative experience on staff service was they resisted changing one of our 4 premium plus rooms when the room had a bad smell. They kept saying the hotel was fully booked. They sent a staff up to the room clear the pipe. The smell got even more prominent that it got to the corridor. It took an hour of firm reasoning with them for them to then somehow find another lower grade room for us, with a promise of returning us to a premium plus room the next day. This should not have happened because The room was simply inhabitable. This bad handling of the situation would have resulted in a 1 star staff service rating had it not been very prompt and helpful staff service overall.
Overall would recommend this very good 3 star hotel to anyone looking for a good budget hotel. "
"The location is amazing! You have 7-11, a grocery store and a Family mart besides or close to the hotel! Also, the hotel has a train station underneath it which helps tremendously during this trip. The staff has been helpful and welcoming as well! I recommend the hotel! "
"We were upgraded to a fabulous Suite.
Really extra special with all the trappings.
Keep in mind this hotel IS NOT, in the CBD, but in an area that is quiet and has few conveniences right around the close proximity
But the Hotel is Grand and the Staff is Top Rated."
