"We were unable to stay at this property due to an issue with the hot tub so they offered us an alternative accommodation which also had a hot tub. The accommodation was ok, but the hot tub was dirty and when we put the jets on, lots of small black dirt came out so we didn't use it. overall a disappointing experience "

"Ostuni is really recommendable. Nice small ancient city. This accommodation, though, must be among the most miserable in Italy. It seems. to be originally a storeroom for olive oil. No windows, really bad air, miserable bed. And much more. Really nothing positive to be mentioned."

"The hotel is new, modern, elegant, very clean and in a great location, just off the crowded main square. My room was spacious and very comfortable and clean - just not a single drawer to store underwear, shirts etc. Since the check-in happens with the punching of a code and there is no reception, I had to carry my large suitcase up some very steep and narrow stairs to the second floor.
