"I booked this hotel despite being more expensive that similar hotels in Newmarket-Aurora because it was the only one nearby with a hot tub. The hot tub didn’t work for most of my stay. Disappointed. Staff were really nice & hotel was good otherwise :)"

"I couldn’t sleep during my stay because the hotel was extremely noisy. I asked the staff during check‑in for a quieter area, but they didn’t seem to care or make any effort to help. My room was right next to the entrance door, and at 4 AM a garbage truck arrived while people were talking loudly outside, which made the noise even worse. I had an important interview the next day and ended up feeling exhausted. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."
