"The hallway carpet on my floor looked extremely dirty and worn out. The bathroom shower was also very unsanitary the tiles and shower door were covered with dirty grout and visible mould. At first I thought it might just be the tile design because the shower area had poor lighting, but when I used my phone flashlight I could clearly see mould and grime throughout the grout. I had to lay down a towel just to attempt using the shower, and eventually decided to use the bathtub instead. The towels were very old and worn out, with some even having holes and tears. The in-room coffee station was also very limited, providing only one regular coffee and one decaf K-cup — and this was in a suite. I am an Expedia Platinum member and usually request late checkout when available, but the receptionist said the system automatically charges guests if they are not checked out by 11:30 AM, meaning late checkout is essentially not allowed. The only reason I booked this property was because it offered an electric car charging port, which was very convenient for me. Unfortunately, aside from that convenience, the overall cleanliness and condition of the room did not meet expectations."

"Staff was amazing! They could not accommodate the same room for both nights due to last minute arrival a day early however made sure that our luggage was transferred to the second room for us so we didn’t have to haul everything out and back in. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, which was super clean. The continental breakfast room was a nice size to accommodate everyone in the morning. Only downfall was parking in front of hotel is minimal unless you use the shopping centre parking lot. There is parking to the rear of the hotel however the door is locked from the outside with no keycard entry available which was not fun in the -20° snowstorm!"

"Had a great stay at the Prairie Moon Inn. Will be back for sure. The staff were incredible, from the front desk, to the cleaners to the amazing lady in the breakfast room. Everything was comfortable and inviting. Well kept and just an overall great experience."
