"Checkin was easy, however it was raining and we had to drag our luggage up outdoor stairs. There was a small shopping area on the property with some very cute stores. I purchased some unique handmade jewelery there. We didn't have time to check out the dining room."
"Everything looks not taking care of except for the pool. I booked for 3 nights with breakfast included and on my second morning there was not staff to make me breakfast, not even a banana shake when i asked.
I have cero recommendation for this place."
"- Room had to be changed 3 times.
- Bed linens were stained.
- Front desk clerk seemed annoyed when asked to change rooms - said there were no housekeeping on duty.
- Bathroom towels were all mismatched in color as well as heavily stained.
- Vanity drawers contained a spider and cobwebs.
- Room did not even have a complimentary coffeemaker or anything to make a cup of tea in the morning.
- Fridge in the room was filthy.
- Curtains in room was not opaque and allowed light through.
- Bed moved...

"Visiting the area for the first time and decided to stay with a brand that I know. Hyatt Regency didn't disappoint. Aesthetically pleasing from the moment we pulled up to the resort. Excellent customer service provided throughout. Indoor/outdoor dining is wonderful with delicious culinary faire. Lobby was welcoming. Infinity pool, crystal clear water, relaxing vibes throughout surrounding area. My room was clean and spacious with updated amenities. Prompt response/resolve to an expressed concern a plus! I will visit again and stay at the Hyatt Regency. "
