The interior of the unit was very clean and safe and easy to get too. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer to catch up on our laundry while on our trip. The check in process with the owners was simple and straight forward. Highly recommend. "

"Not only is the property perfectly located next to the River Ness and Ness Walk into Inverness but the staff are over the top amazing from the moment you walk until you depart. Mark the concierge was incredible upon arrival. The bar staff were extremely knowledgeable about wines and whisky. We had a perfect stay. "

"The apartment is gorgeous and very centrally located, with stunning view of Inverness Castle and the Ness river. The balcony was beautiful. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need to cook. Great restaurant, coffee shops, and shopping in short walking distance. I can't say more about the location - it's perfect! The one issue is the noise and loudness, especially in the morning: fire trucks passed by several times, sanitation trucks are loud, so that's just something to be aware...

"Strange set up, have to check in via the restaurant, there’s no lobby. 2 flights of stairs to get to the lowest possible level which poses trouble when you have to haul suitcases. Also have physical cut keys since it’s an older hotel. My room’s back door was unlocked when I went in, and none of my keys would lock it so had to get staff to come and lock it themselves. Walls are paper thin, so every movement and creak sounds like someone is in your room (old building so makes sense). Location was...

"We hated the room. They didn’t have ample parking and when we left to explore the city the receptionist couldn’t tell us where to park. Room was smelly and rooms are super small, pull out beds. Felt like room was just put together the last minute "
