"Not a 5 star. I checked in when the entrance was a bit hectic. The staff tried to be pleasant and was accommodating. Room was quiet and comfortable to sleep. The pull out bed for my 15 year old was on the thin side but I did not ask for a pillow top since only 1 night spent."

"The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean, and the pool area is stunning — easily my favorite part. I loved relaxing there with a drink, but service was a real letdown. The bartender was missing when I wanted one, and we had to chase down staff for everything, like pool towels and even a hairdryer that wasn’t in the room. The location feels pretty isolated too. You can walk to the beach, but there’s nowhere nearby for a quick coffee or dinner. It’s a shame because the place looks so...

"Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet.Zudem wurde jeden Tag im Bad als auch im Schlafbereich geputzt. Dementsprechend war es auch immer sehr sauber. Das Personal war auch sehr hilfsbereit und hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Das Zimmer mit sea view indem wir waren war größer als es auf den Bildern aussah. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher klein für ein 5 Sterne Hotel, trotzdem war er sehr gut und man konnte auch vieles auf Anfrage bestellen. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden...
