"Very convenient location. Near a main road yet quiet. Ample parking spaces. Clean rooms although the carpet on the alleyways are coming off. Very good for the price. We arrived to find only 1 set of towel for a party of three but it was sorted out quickly at reception. Would definitely stay again when around the area. "

"Our room was on the top floor. No lift so a few flights of stairs to get there. Room was small but adequate. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. We dined in the restaurant as there wasn't a lot of choice nearby. Hotel was handy for what little Boston had to offer."

"A quirky b&b with super lovely owners :-) the room was comfy with a big tv and lovely bed. The view to the garden was pretty. Breakfast was great and we had a great chat with the owner / chef. A very relaxed stay, perfect for our trip to RAF Coningsby! "

"I was using the Park just as a base so would not be fair to comment further on it as a holiday venue, that said there were lots of happy faces, everyone seemed occupied with events of an evening. Child and dog friendly with the former having their own entertainment programme. My mobile home was clean, well equipped for what I needed and I could park outside the accommodation. As I say it was a base and I went out every day, didn't use any of the facilities aside from the bar for a beer and snack and that was good quality and reasonably priced. Staff at reception were helpful and there is a shop on site that, given it has a closed market, seemed very reasonable and well stocked. I had a fun even though I am not sure I was there so to do!"

"We had a wonderful stay from beginning to end. We were late arriving and reception were very friendly and helpful. The home was very warm, clean and smelled fresh and new. Housekeeping had done a great job. The location was quiet and peaceful. The food in the clubhouse was very tasty and well priced. The bar staff were great. Overall, everyone made it a lovely stay. We would definitely go back and look at buying there."
