"Pros: Large room, AC, felt new Cons: Location"

"Rooms were tiny but that is to be expected in Paris. They were, however, very clean which is most important. We had issues with our toilet- it ran for hours at a time which was quite annoying. The bed also had springs coming up from it which was also a bit annoying. The other downside to the room was the shower. You could not go more than 4 minutes without it completely clogging snd overflowing onto the bathroom floor ( and ultimately into the room itself). Location was great though. Not sure...

"This is a very nice hotel with extremely professional and courteous multilingual staff. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity with a large number serving Asian cuisine. The breakfast available on site was excellent with a variety of hot and cold dishes. The hotel is around the corner from the Montparnasse Cemetery , the second largest in Paris containing the graves of a large number of important Parisians. The entrance to the Paris catacombs is also nearby."

"La chambre était impeccablement propre et au calme. Le personnel très gentil. Je n’ai pas mangé sur place mais le restaurant avait l’air très bien. Machine à café Nespresso dans la chambre, très apprécié. Près de plein de restaurants, Monoprix, Gare Montparnasse et sa galerie de boutiques à 7 minutes à pied "

"My recent stay was excellent. The room was clean, and the breakfast fulsome and delicious. In terms of the staff, Florence was absolutely lovely and gracious. She provided great customer service and leven helped me by offering me an early check-in. And Marco was also wonderful. His client service skills are excellent, and he helped make a number of restaurants reservations for me. Both Florence and Marco strived to make my stay welcoming and enjoyable. I will definitely return."

"The staff were so warm and helpful. All of them. Make reservations for the rooftop restaurant as soon as you book. We had trouble getting in even for drinks. Gorgeous view of the city. Pretty good hike for most tourist landmarks. But a quiet hotel in a quiet area with plenty of restaurant options."

"Buena ubicación y en general buen servicio. Lamentable que al momento de hacer el check in traten de venderte servicios adicionales en lugar de ofrecerte una cálida sonrisa de bienvenida. Cuento con la tarjeta de Cliente frecuente de Grupo Accor pero me comentaron que al haber reservado vía EXPEDIA o como la chica en recepción comentó "una agencia de viajes" ,no podía acumular puntos en mi cuenta. Un especial reconocimiento a las chicas de la limpieza que siempre, siempre te ofrecen un "bonjour"...

"Pluses: very tasteful interior, especially the room. Clean and fresh modern look very well suited to the architecture. Great mattress. Helpful and friendly staff. Complimentary wine (red and white) in the evening, with treats - great idea for a bit of socializing with other travellers. Optimal checkout time at noon. Minuses: only one, and that only for people hypersensitive to noise. While my room faced an inner well and had thus zero traffic noise, the ventilator in the roof was very audible...

"We had buffet breakfast at hotel. It was very nice traditional French breakfast, All coffee fresh fruit you want fresh baked stuff and usual eggs bread etc. Served I think 6-10am. It was a good choice as it gave us more time to explore Paris. Its location worked well as we used bus to go any where we wanted 2.55 euro. But make sure you have ticket. Staff so friendly helpful. Rooms and hotel dated but we felt welcome and everything was clean and wonderful."
