"We needed a room with two beds. When we searched on Expedia, we used the filter that allows you to search for a hotel room with two beds. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms available with one bed. We were also told that it is the fault of Expedia that the Expedia website leads one to believe that there are two beds when there is actually only one."

"When we checked in, the card key did not work on the door, which we found was left partially open. The front desk clerk tried 3 times to re-key the card, but it never worked. We were told if we left our room and wanted to get back in, the clerk could let us in with the master key. Once inside, we discovered the electrical outlets on the bed-side of the room were inoperable, as the night stand lamps and alarm clock did not work. When we looked, the outlets were blackened and sooted up, appearing...

"We booked this accommodation as it was close to a venue we were attending. There was lots of on street parking. This is a gorgeous, grand old home. Note, Wilson House sits near a busy street. However, once inside, due to triple glazed windows, you will not hear the street noise at all! Also, be aware, rooms are on the 2nd-4th floor and there is no elevator. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was very good. The owners were a pleasure to talk with."
