"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. "Glass cutting board was very unpleasant to use and no designated place in the bathroom to hang towels but everything else was very orderly and when we had a clog in our shower, utility services helped us out very quickly and cleanly."

"Lovely hotel and very clean but the info isn’t very accurate on Expedia site. It said there would be a minibar in the room as well as robes which it didn’t have. It stated 1 king bed and 1 double bed for the 4 of us but it was 1 bed and a sofa bed which pulled out to 2 singles. I think maybe this is an error on the expedias side though. The sofa beds didn’t have sheets we did have to ask for them from reception but they were very accommodating and made the beds up for us before we returned from...

"Everything is good and the only thing dislike is the price became lower on the day of check in hehe. Room is clean; aircon is cool; window able to open for ventilation; fast WiFi; hot shower pressure is stong; toiletries are tamper proof and smells nice; location is near Manchester Piccadilly station; cleaning is well done everyday (remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door before you leave the room); extra towels are available under the sink cabinet.
