"Nicely designed room and bathroom and very spacious. The kitchette was lacking in amenities to be able to use it for proper meals (no toaster, limited cutlery/pans etc). Hotel is staffless and you get the key sent to your phone to enter the main entrance and room (requires internet), this was fine for us. The hotel is a great location, right in the middle of Leiden centre."

"Op zich leuk en fancy maar de airco werkte niet waardoor je de nacht niet goed kon slappen. Het was best warm toen. Verder was de factuur over de betaalde city tax geweigerd die nodig voor die administratie van ons bedrijf was geweest. Dus, voor die kamer prijs zou ik die keuze niet nog eens maken."

"Het is een net en schoon hotel. De kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd, dus oordoppen zijn niet nodig. De locatie is prima, je kunt er goed parkeren en voor het hotel stap je zo op de bus richting het centrum/station, waar je ong in 7 minuten bent. Het ontbijt is goed, uitgebreid. Dat mag ook voor die prijs. Ik zou het zeker aanraden als je wilt overnachten in Leiden."

"There was false advertising. The pictures on Expedia showed something very very different. The bathroom sink was ridiculously small and narrow and the little shelf above it was placed in such a manner that it was impossible to brush your teeth without spilling on the floor. The staff was unhelpful we we complained about the false advertisement. They put the onus on Expedia, without showing any sense of liability themselves. Perhaps that is considered good customer service in Europe, but...

"Parkeren was makkelijk. Het voelde niet zo gezellig aan. De kamers waren schoon het personeel was vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was prima. "
