"They told me breakfast was going to be included with my room. I got there and they told me no I need it to be a gold member and my fridge in my room was not working so a very kind lady brought me a new one to the room."

"We arrived 15 minutes before the official check in time and staff refused to check us in. A person from the office came out and contacted housekeeping and found us a room after all. Our sink backed up while we were at tje concert. Front desk staff would only hive my daughter one water and said that was all she could get. I went and asked for water and was able to ask for three bottles. Overall a disappointing experience."

"We just did a quick overnight so we didn’t make use of all the amenities, but the facility was clean, the staff was friendly and the room was in good order. The only thing that caused a little concern was the fact the room was prepaid with a credit card, but the staff wanted our credit card which they debited for a $100 deposit to cover any amenities we might use during our stay, which has never ever happened to us before, although they already had our credit card information.
