This rating if more about the inability to be flexible and put the customer first. We had been traveling for hours and I booked on Expedia for that night (Sat) and would be arriving in about an hour. Within a few minutes, I realized I had accidentally booked for the following night (Sun). I contacted Expedia, Hilton and spoke to the front desk and no one was helpful or interested in giving me a refund for my mistake. I understand the policy but would be very nice if they could be a little forgiving/flexible. We ended up staying at the Hampton and had to pay for 2 nights for our 1 night stay. Will never be back. They said in the future book directly with the hotel instead of going through Expedia and it would be easier to get the money back. Just overall very frustrating!
