"Lovely hotel"

"Just returned from staying at a street view apartment. Bigger than expected with separate bedroom, kitchen living area and good size bathroom. We like to have our own kitchen, hence an apartment suits us well. This is not a hotel so do not expect your bed to be made each day, we personally prefer the privacy. were only there 4 nights. The location was fabulous, so central, the bus station was next to the apartments and buses so easy to navigate and use. Lots of good places to eat...

"The spa was excellent, i have mobility issues and the pool is down a steep staircase but manageable if you take it carefully. Maggie and Simone gave us fantastic massages and facials and the facilities were great, really relaxing . The hotel itself was wonderful, location perfect, a bit confusing as to where reception is but apart from that it was perfect. Prosecco on arrival, top notch breakfast, loads of choice and all of the staff are so friendly, Elephantus was so helpful on reception,...
