"An enjoyable stay at Oatlands Park Hotel to celebrate our 55th Wedding Anniversary & also a trip down memory lane as we used to work there many years ago. The staff were friendly & helpful, food excellent (a more efficient toaster machine is needed) but we had some observations to make such as amenities in the bathroom. It is usual to provide sanitary bags, shower caps etc. as standard, these were lacking. We had a Superior double room which provided our needs, a special touch was the bed...

"A lovely place to stay…we were staying for a Thorpe park visit which is just a 5 minute drive away. Rooms were comfy, had everything needed and great air conditioning for the heat wave! Breakfast really good too and we ate in pub one night and found both service and food to be great. Highly recommend, we will likely return!"

"My husband and I spent 2 nights at The Swan Inn. The staff were all fantastic and the food at the restaurant was great. Having a breakfast cooked to order included in the price was a nice surprise. The accommodation was good value and the bedroom, while small, was well designed. The shower was fabulous with lovely shampoo and soaps. Our only criticism was the bed and pillows. "The staff were all very helpful, we had our 7 year old grandson with us and the staff made a fuss of him to, breakfast and evening meals all great. The only slight downside was the room service element where we didn't have enough bath towels, 1 between 3 and even when requested the best that could be provide were a few extra hand towels. Similarly milk for the room tea and coffee not replaced until asked for. But apart from that I'm sure we'll stay again."

"I stayed at the Mitre several times during my visit to England. Not only is the location amazing, opposite Hampton Court Palace, on the River Thames, and close to Bushey Park, but the staff are fabulous. They go above and beyond. Professional, kind, thoughtful, helpful and welcoming. Special shoutout to Ashley, Sabrina, Alina and Blaze - thank you. Good to know - Air conditioning units were being installed in some of the bedrooms as I left!!"
