"Our sliding pocket door between the bedroom and bathroom did not work. We didn't report it until we checked out, but the desk clerk did not seem to care about it. No "sorry for the inconvenience" or any response. It didn't seem like it mattered to her. We could tell the doorframe had been worked on previously (poorly)."

"The kitchen was great to have. This was like a one bedroom apartment to stay in while travelling. Great location. Walkable to nearby shops and dining. The bus stops a few blocks away to take you down town for free."

"The property was clean and beautiful with comfortable beds, excellent room amenities, and a large bathroom. Every area of the property was tastefully decorated. We enjoyed walking through Meadowbrook Park and ate breakfast twice at The Market. The pool is small but we had it to ourselves in the morning! Looks out onto a lake with a fountain…peaceful. Beautiful fire pit areas and patios all around to enjoy the outdoors. This will definitely be where we stay for future KC visits. "

"I'll start with my top dislike, which is the room switch they decided without telling me or giving me the option to cancel my reservation. My husband has a knee injury so climbing stairs to the second floor was painful, but he accepted it. This B&B only has a small number of rooms to begin with and I liked only one room on the ground level, so i reserved it over a month ago. I was greeting pleasantly, the place was clean, no bad smells, and the breakfast was good. The themed room I was given...
