"The pool was not open and specifically asked the lady at the front desk if it was heated since it was outside. She informed me yes it was a heated pool but didn't inform me it was closed when I asked. My daughter was all excited got ready we went to the pool to find out it was closed. The front desk attendant gave us zero information."

"For a very old hotel, it was wonderful! The staff was fantastic and took care of things better than we would have expected. They were all very friendly. Our waitress Maggie, took good care of us and the manager Michael got us a drink even though the bar was about to close for the night. We would definitely stay at the Terrace Inn again."

"When I arrived in my room after check-in, the first thing I did was check the sheets. Both beds had stained sheets. The front desk employee apologized and gave me another one. I checked those, they were both dirty. I went back to the man at the desk and he went looking for a clean room, which took another 20 mins. I didn't plan on spending an hour checking in, so that sucked. Third room had a bed I could sleep in. When I showered the next day, there was no body/hand soap in the bottle on the...

"The cleanliness of the room and the towel were not good."

"Great location. Clean, quiet, very comfortable beds. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and outgoing. Made for a perfect few days away."

"Great breakfast, though it was recently "renovated" when it went to the Baymont branding there were no noticeable changes and its still very tired. Staff did not handle checkin for our large group well and as of now still has not been able to resolve the issues."
