Staff members were friendly and efficient. The facility was a bit run down. Other specific issues were: - Shower valve was difficult to figure out. The “sweet spot” kept moving and there as very little movement for drastic changes in temperature. This is a scalding risk. -There was no drain stopper in the bathroom sink. This wasn’t a problem unless one wanted to fill the sink with water, or if one accidentally dropped a small item into the sink and it went down the drain. - During my 4 night stay, the hot tub was only working for 1 of those nights. Some of the staff didn’t seem to know it wasn’t working when I mentioned it to them. - Pillows were terrible. They were filled with some kind of lumpy foam pieces. They were not at all comfortable. - Room microwave was semi functional. The door latch and switch that tells the controls that the door is closed and latched did not work unless you jiggled the door and/or held it closed. On the plus side, the room rate was very good.

Room was in good condition. Lady at check out was nasty with me and wouldn't help me get my stuff after I had be injured skiing, shorter, heavier woman, super nasty with me. Thankfully the housekeeping staff were able to help me. Turned out I needed surgery later that day, and this lady wouldn't get off her butt to help me while I'm on crutches.

I have stayed here a number of times while traveling in this area. The staff is great and while the hotel is older and run down in many areas, they do a decent job of keeping it clean. However, on this visit all of the 8 pillows in this room were old and lumpy like they had been washed to many times, I needed to go purchase a pillow for my stay. And the towels had a feel of being washed in with something greasy, nothing soft and fresh about them.
