"This is a lovely oasis in a city that doesn't widely demonstrate concern for cleanliness and having things in their place. The staff members are genuinely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ample and served in pleasant surroundings. The only drawback is that it is located half way up a steep hill (not to mention that Apple Maps shows it as being in a different location) - but then so is most of the rest of Istanbul.
