The room was clean, the area was easy to get to as it was near the train station (Porta Susa) - town centre was a 30 min walk away which was great. "This is a true find in the center of Turin. I had the pleasure of staying here for a week, even though I was injured and they took such good care of me here. It’s quite peaceful somebody’s always playing piano in the Piazza every day and it’s just a lovely setting and a very clean and wonderful place to stay. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. "Staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Everything done with a smile and are always incredibly helpful. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Beds are large and comfortable, I always get some of the best sleep of a trip here. Location is perfect to see all the sights and shopping or restaurant areas. Great hotel for business or pleasure. Delicious breakfast. I have stayed many times and will be back again."

The hotel itself is quiet but my room did overlook a main road so if you're sensitive to traffic and the occasional siren, maybe check if you can have a room on the other side (didn't bother me and the AC drowned most of it out). "Fabulous stay at a very attractive property in the heart of Turin. Pretty room, welcoming public spaces and very helpful staff. It was during a heat wave in high 30’s when we stayed and we would have liked to be able to turn up the air conditioning in our room to a higher level, but that was a small issue. Would make a point of staying here again."
