"Great place to stay, near everything"

"Wonderful stay! Very beautiful and charming hotel. Seems like hotel is an iconic, historic property. Staff was kind and considerate. Very beautiful property with a lovely garden and presence. Very easy (and free) parking onsite. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was a good size, with wonderful natural light. Shower pressure was excellent. Not too far from Ortigia (approximately 1 1/2 miles). If you have a car, can drive from hotel and park near Ortigia and enjoy nearby sites. Breakfast was above average with coffee/tea, juices, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, toast, pastries and fruit and cheese. Enjoyed offerings for breakfast. Would stay here again!"

"Great location, easy walk to all the sights in Siracusa and Ortigia. Spacious room with a Balcony overlooking the main street. Reception and Breakfast staff helpful and friendly."

"Everyone writes how kind the staff are and how delicious the food is. They are right. The staff helped me check train, bus and car rentals, kept serving hot coffee and good advice while the breakfast consists of the best meats, cheeses, pastries, jams and jiuices I've seen in a long time. "Shower was very small and water leaks"

"The hotel is beautiful and the first night I was there I was in a really cool room with a loft. I left for a week and then came back and stayed another night. This time the room was underneath the restaurant and was super loud until well after 11 PM. But overall, it’s a lovely property and very well located."

"Friendly staff throughout. Restaurant food was top notch, fab breakfast choice. Location excellent for archeological park and museum, short 30min stroll to Ortega. Couldn’t fault it. "
