"Extremely friendly, helpful and processional staff. Great location. Although in an older area typical of Naples, nevertheless the suite is very clean and spacious with sufficient amenities, and with our 4-person suite and lobby uniquely decorated with wooden antiquities of the recent past. Not to mention we’ve enjoyed a great breakfast sitting on the balcony overlooking a beautiful garden that has a huge turtle. It’s been a unique and interesting experience. Would come back again."

"Casa Hosteno was one of the highlights of our trip. The house itself is beautiful, tucked right in the heart of the old town, and Barbara was an exceptional host — friendly, attentive, and full of great local tips. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to the metro, trains, and ferries for exploring Naples and the nearby islands, plus countless fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommend!"

"The property is in a great location right at the edge of the historical centre. It's walking distance to a lot of the main sites and lots of bars/restaurants. The room was clean and quite large, generally very quiet too as the property is accessed by going through a courtyard as opposed to directly facing the street. There's a small breakfast included which is in a bar across the street."

"Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral zur Altstadt von Neapel in einer kleinen ruhigen Gasse. Die Zimmer sind sehr neuwertig und mit allem versehen was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Ansprechpartner hat bestens funktioniert. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, der ein paar Tage in Neapel verbringt. "

"Staff were very helpful with questions about the area and anything we needed. We arrived late into the evening and picked up two pizza's and some Peroni beers assuming we could eat in the garden area or the lobby seating area (plenty of it and very private), but the hotel rules do not allow. Its likely because it has bar service, but we ate in the hotel room so not a problem.
