"We liked the proximity to the train station and in walking distance to central Shinjuku and Koreatown. It's in a residential neighborhood very close to the trains. The noise wasn't bad, but sometimes noise from residents on the streets below could be a bother. The lack of a front desk and person was strange but we got used to it, and the staff were responsive. Our space was good for a family of four but there wasn't much room for luggage and the spaces were small for anyone with a bigger frame....

"Host was great and the location was good!
The only thing I didn’t realize upon booking was how many stairs there were to get up and down from the basement floor and main floor.
Besides that a good stay!"

"When I arrived to the property it looked great on the outside. Our room unfortunately had a strange smell, like urine near the beds, not near the bathrooms. Then I realized that the room wasn’t what I had booked at all, it wasn’t what they showed in the listing or ANY of the photos on the Expedia site.
I messaged them the day before checkout to see how we could request late checkout because there was a miscommunication with our driver and they replied to me at 2am then I messaged them early in...
